My top free agent is former Los Angeles Rams Wide Receiver Odell Beckham whom I presume will re-sign with Rams this season who is now well rested after his 4th quarter Super Bowl injury. My second and third picks both are fellow teammates from the Buffalo Bills, and one of the best veteran slot receivers in the game, Cole Beasley, and wide out Emmanuel Sanders. With Bills star receiver Stefon Diggs getting most of the passes from star Quarterback Josh Allen, both Sanders and Beasley look to add value to a new team. Wide-Receivers, Larry Fitzgerald and Adam Humphries are great pick-ups, as is former Los Angeles Chargers Tight-End Jared Cook, a great 3rd down TE that can block and catch the ball as he did from Justin Herbert. Another tight-end pick-up is Jimmy Graham, another proven veteran.
Cam Newton can definitely still play Quarterback and at very least be a great backup QB. I am surprised the New York Jets have not sought out Newton to contend as a starter or backup position. Running Backs Todd Gurley II, Le’Von Bell, and Adrian Peterson, are seem to have some power and gas left in the tank, and if both the Los Angeles Rams, and the Miami Dolphins can cut RB Sony Michel for the Los Angeles Chargers to draft from free agency as a backup to star RB Austin Eckler, then certainly Gurley, Bell, and Peterson could help a teams backfield.
